Please pass on my sincere thanks to your committee for staging a great event yesterday. We all know how tough it was to achieve this, with all the extra constraints we're under, but it seems to go smoothly. We joked that a string of other organisers are very pleased you led the way, but I really would be grateful if you can share any learning - especially about little details that made a difference - so others can benefit.
