The Beagley Award is given in memory of our late friend and coach, Jon Beagley, to the junior member who contributes most to the junior section in any number of ways.
Amelia Jacob was the 2017 recipient, and is seen in the picture with Jon's son Matt, now himself the lead junior coach at Weybridge. W.J16 Amelia was awarded the Beagley Cup in recognition of her consistently positive attitude and willingness to help out; whether in a junior or senior crew short of one to make an outing or just generally when help is needed.
