OUR VISION FOR YOUR ROWING DEVELOPMENT
Being "good at what we do as a rowing club so as to attract new members and retain current members who enjoy competitive rowing" is core to our being. As one of five key objectives of our Strategic Development Plan, this is achieved by:

Introducing beginners, both junior and adult, to the sport by running courses at the Club;

Ensuring beginners are guided safely and correctly through the introductory stages of the sport;

Providing appropriate coaching to meet the aspirations of all competitive members, equally, regardless of the level they are aspiring to;

Meeting the aspirations of all members for enjoyment, improvement and competition.

Our approach and structure to rowing and training is aligned with that of the British Rowing Rower Development Guide (RDG).
