Join us on Sunday, October 8th as sports clubs across Elmbridge come together to row, paddle, run or walk from Elmbridge Canoe Club to Sadlers Ride, Hurst Park.
We are raising awareness and funds for The Grace Dear Trust to run #MentalHealth #FirstAid workshops across #Elmbridge, educating coaches and club officers in seeing the signs of deteriorating mental health in young people and what to do.
Individual and team registrations with a minimum £5 donation per participant can be made by following the 'RSVP' button below.
